Wont start up.

I have played the demo version of this game and it was fun. So, I decided to BUY the full game. Good decision? No. Why? The game doesnt even start. I open the game and it freezes and crashes after a 30 second lag. It has been a whole week ever since I bought the game and it hasnt opened even once. Developers, fix this or give me my money back.
